What's new in Nucleo

New features, improvements and fixes across every module — as they ship to production.

ImprovedBrain

Sales apart from suppliers and partners

Deals with suppliers and partners, such as insurance policies, leases, consultants and partnerships, no longer sit in your sales pipeline. A switch at the top of the Deals page shows Clients or Suppliers & partners, each with its own pipeline, and sales figures count only clients.

Change the type of a deal from its form and it moves to the matching stage of the other pipeline. Closed deals in the Won and Lost columns are now in order, most recent first.

ImprovedBrain

No more duplicate companies and contacts from your emails

When an email brings in someone new, Brain first looks for them: the company by its domain, website or name, without legal forms such as S.r.l., GmbH or Group, and the person by their email addresses or their name in the same company, in any order. A new address becomes one of their other addresses instead of a second contact. When only the name matches, Brain suggests a possible duplicate in your Home and you decide.

Duplicate companies can now be merged by asking your AI assistant too: contacts, deals, documents, contracts, emails and notes move to the company you keep, and the old name keeps finding it.

NewBrain

AI assistants sign, read and tidy up deal documents

Claude and the other AI assistants connected to Nucleo can now send a deal document for e-signature without emailing it first, with the signers you choose, clients included. When everyone has signed, the signed PDF becomes a new version of the document and a reply is ready in your drafts. If your e-signature plan has reached its monthly limit, you know before you confirm.

They can also read the documents of a deal and Excel files, one sheet at a time with their computed values, rename a document or change its language and expiry, link the deal's Slack channel, set a company's industry and attach a file they just produced to an email draft.

ImprovedBrain

Deal documents in every language, uploaded files included

Language versions now work for uploaded files too. Add the English version of a spreadsheet, a PDF or a deck under the Italian one, as a file or as HTML, whatever the format of the original. It takes the same number with the language code, keeps its own versions and approval, and stays in the same contract or quote.

When you share a document, choose the languages to send: one private link each, or an email draft with every language attached, ready in your drafts. Claude and the other AI assistants connected to Nucleo can add language versions as files and attach them to an email draft too.

ImprovedBrain

Contract categories you can correct, and sub-lists that filter

The category of a contract can now be corrected even after it's signed, from the pencil on the contract page or by asking Atomo: a lease saved as a client contract becomes a supplier contract in one step. On signed contracts you add a reason, and the change is noted on the company's timeline. Amounts, dates and terms stay locked.

The Clients, Suppliers, Partners, NDA, Financing and Collaborators sub-lists now show only the contracts of their category, the type filter offers every category, and search finds a contract by title, number or company whatever the case. Contracts you don't invoice, such as supplier, fleet or financing agreements, no longer show an amount left to invoice.

ImprovedBrain

Signed documents reply to the right people, and Drive files in your drafts

When you sign a document that arrived by email, the reply with the signed PDF now always goes to whoever asked for it, even when you started the signature from a note you'd sent yourself in the thread, and the signed PDF lands on the timeline of the company the thread belongs to. Atomo can also tell you where a signature stands: still to sign, signed, or with the reply ready in Drafts.

Email drafts can now carry files from Google Drive. Give Atomo a Drive link, or a folder to pick from, and it attaches the file using your own Google account; Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are attached as PDF. If a file can't be found, no half-made draft is left behind, file names with accents are matched however they were written, and Atomo can delete a draft you no longer need.

ImprovedBrain

Sending, deleting and merging in Brain wait for your yes, checked by Nucleo

When Atomo or your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT through the Nucleo connector) is about to send an email or a Slack message, delete a deal, merge contacts or tasks, sign a document, close or move a contract, cancel a document number, change a candidate's status or publish on your website, it first shows you a preview of exactly what will happen.

The action only runs after your yes, with a one-time confirmation issued by Nucleo for those exact details: if the text or the recipients change, a new preview is needed. The assistant can no longer confirm on your behalf.

ImprovedBrain

Correct the number of a contract or a quote

The number of a contract or a quote can now be corrected from its page, also on a signed contract, so it always matches the document the client received. Every correction asks for a reason and is recorded in the company timeline, and the linked deal documents follow the new number.

When you create a contract or a quote you can also enter its number yourself, or leave it empty to use the one reserved for the deal.

ImprovedBrain

Contract and quote numbers stay aligned, even from Claude

When you reserve a number for a contract or a quote, the document you send and the record in Brain now carry the same number. Attaching the signed contract to a deal creates or links its record with that number, and a record created later reuses the number reserved on the deal instead of taking the next one.

Numbers can be set and corrected through the AI connector too, always with a reason that ends up in the company timeline. Brain refuses a number already used by another record, and you can list the numbers reserved on a deal and cancel the ones you no longer need.

NewBrain

Close a signed contract early

A signed contract can now be closed when it is replaced by a new one, after a withdrawal, by mutual agreement or when it has simply ended — with its real end date, even in the past. Automatic renewal is switched off, the contract leaves the renewal schedule, and a replaced contract is linked to the one that replaces it.

The signed document and the history stay untouched: the closure is recorded in the company timeline with its reason.

FixedBrain

Company relationships, deal close dates and lifecycle stages

The relationship types of a company — Client, Partner, Supplier and the others — can now be read and changed through the AI connector, and added or removed one at a time.

Saving a deal that is already won or lost no longer moves its close date to today; the close date of a closed deal can be corrected, and every change is in the timeline. The lifecycle stage of a company now accepts the same values as contacts.

NewBrain

Sales documents in more than one language

A quote, proposal or contract can now have versions in other languages that stay tied to the original. In a deal's documents, language chips switch from one to another, and adding a language — English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch — creates a new one. Each keeps the original number with a language suffix, such as PRV-2026-0012-EN, and has its own versions, approval, public link and PDF, while the original and its number stay exactly as they were.

Atomo and AI assistants connected to Nucleo can write the translation for you and save it as a language version of the right document.

NewBrain

AI assistants can add finished files to a deal

When Claude or another assistant connected to Nucleo produces a finished file — a PDF quote, a slide deck, a Word document, a spreadsheet or an image, up to 25 MB — it can now upload it straight to the deal. The file becomes a draft document with its own number, ready for you to review, approve and send from Brain. It can also be saved as a new version of an earlier file, or become the official PDF of a document written in Brain.

Every file is checked when it arrives, and documents made of a file show it on their public page: PDFs right in the page, other formats with a download button.

NewBrain

Archive deals, and remove the ones created by mistake

Deals that no longer matter can be archived with a reason: they leave searches, the pipeline, forecasts and won/lost statistics, stay readable, and can be brought back at any time. A deal created by mistake, such as a duplicate, can be removed altogether so it never skews your numbers. Removal works only for deals that were never won and have nothing linked to them — documents, quotes, contracts, emails, calls; any other deal can be archived instead.

Do it from the deal page, or ask Atomo or an AI assistant connected to Nucleo (it always asks you to confirm first). Archived deals have their own filter in the deal list, removed deals can be restored by an admin from Settings, and the company timeline records who archived or removed a deal, when and why.

ImprovedBrain

Suggestions that keep up with what happened next

An email suggestion can go stale: the customer replied, a colleague sent the quote, the deal moved on. Brain now checks every open suggestion against what happened afterwards — later emails in any mailbox, deals, quotes, documents, tasks, chats and CRM activity — and closes it, rewrites it or confirms it's still valid. Starred suggestions are never closed for you.

Each suggestion on the Home has a refresh icon to realign it on the spot, and refreshing the Home realigns your open suggestions and tells you how many changed. The Home also makes better use of the space when Atomo is open: boxes collapse, identical alerts are grouped, and suggestion cards read well on a phone. When you approve a project plan, the dialog closes at once and the project is created in Asana in the background, with a notice that follows it to the end.

NewBrain

Every document gets its own number

Contracts, quotes and assessments now receive their Nucleo number the moment they're created, and it appears in the document itself, on the PDF and in the file name. A contract imported from a PDF keeps the number printed on it, and invoices that cite a contract number are linked to that contract automatically.

A contract you generate in Brain becomes the deal's contract straight away — with the template's duration and notice period, the deal's company and amount — and its new versions keep the same number. A4 documents carry your logo, the number, the version and page numbering. A withdrawal now ends a contract only once its effective date arrives.

NewBrain

Atomo can work on any record in Brain

Atomo can now find, read, create and update any kind of record in Brain — from companies and contacts to deals, projects, quotes and contracts, plus your document templates — through the same checks and validations as the screens you use. It only sees the sections you can see, every change it makes is noted on the record's timeline, accounting and bank records stay read-only, and nothing is ever deleted.

The same abilities are available to AI assistants connected to Nucleo, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

NewBrain

Finance: banks, costs and scenarios

Finance › Banks brings your cash position into one place: connect a bank through open banking, add Stripe and PayPal, and see balances and transactions update twice a day, alongside the bank statements Brain reads for you. Each balance shows where it comes from, and the last twelve months of money in and out are one glance away.

Costs breaks your spending down by category and by department: Brain proposes a category for each supplier and a split across departments, and you adjust either in a click. Scenarios is a cash simulator that starts from your real cash and lets you change costs department by department, then save the scenarios you want to compare. Invoices stay aligned with your e-invoicing provider every night, and supplier credit notes now reduce your costs.

NewBrain

Hand a suggestion to the right colleague

Every suggestion on the Brain Home now has Hand off: send it to the colleague who should deal with it. Brain learns from your hand-offs — after the second similar one it proposes a rule, and once you confirm it, those suggestions go straight to the right person.

Candidate reviews now reach the manager of the role's department, and alert rules the manager of the project or alert type. Stars are personal: each person stars their own suggestions, and starred emails create suggestions only for whoever starred them. Candidates also have their own entry under Contacts.

ImprovedBrain

One email, even when it lands in several mailboxes

When the same email reaches several people on your team, Brain now keeps it once: the text, the attachments, the activity and the suggestions appear a single time, with the other copies linked to it. The attachments of every email are archived and searchable, so you can find any file a customer sent you.

A signed contract that arrives by email now updates the deal: the contract is attached and the deal moves to won. Ask Atomo to attach a PDF from any email — sent or received — to a deal, and it creates the contract with the terms it reads, or files it among the deal's documents.

NewBrain

Marketing: newsletter consents and segments in sync with Klaviyo

Marketing › Newsletter lists your subscribers with the full record of their consent: legal basis, origin, date and privacy policy version. Marketing › Segments shows the segments built in Brain next to the lists and segments read from Klaviyo every night, and keeps your Customers segment aligned with a Klaviyo list — adding only people who already have a Klaviyo profile and never touching their consent.

ImprovedBrainCatalog

Atomo moves to the latest AI models

Atomo now runs on Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Opus 5.5 across chat, enrichment and batch work, for sharper answers and better reasoning on long tasks. The OpenAI and Gemini options are refreshed too, with GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, Gemini 3.8 Flash for heavier work, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite for quick tasks and Gemini 3.1 Flash Image for images.

NewBrain

Atomo reads your Drive, your mail and their attachments

Paste a Google Drive link and Atomo opens it with your own Google account — PDFs, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word files and even scanned documents. It can now search your inbox and certified email by company, sender, words or dates, read the attachments, and update a contract for you: status, automatic renewal, end date, notice period, or a withdrawal linked to the email that announced it.

ImprovedBrainCatalog

Atomo gets on with it — and shows you what it did

When a request is clear, Atomo now simply does it: creating a product or an attribute, updating a handful of items, filling in suggested values. It stops to ask only where a mistake would cost you — deletions, changes to many products at once, imports and exports, publishing to a channel, activating a price list, and in Brain sending, merging or signing.

When it's done, the page next to the conversation opens on what just changed: create an attribute and its page appears, update a product and you're looking at it. The same rule applies in Brain and in Catalog.

ImprovedBrainCatalog

A more natural voice for Atomo — now in Brain too

Atomo's voice now runs on a full-duplex model: it listens while it speaks, lets you interrupt, and sounds like a native speaker of your language. Every spoken request goes to the same Atomo that powers the chat, with the same tools and permissions — whatever you can do by typing, you can do by talking.

Brain gets the same voice experience as Catalog, and its Atomo chat now shares the look of the Atomo panel.

NewBrainCatalog

Use your company's own AI provider keys

Owners and admins can now add their company's own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini API keys for Atomo, in both Brain and Catalog. When a key is set, Atomo's chat, voice, enrichment and batch work for that provider run on your account; leave it empty and Nucleo's keys take over, so nothing ever stops working.

Atomo conversations are now kept per module and per company: Catalog chats stay in Catalog, Brain chats in Brain, and switching company switches history. Your existing conversations came along.

ImprovedBrain

Suggestions now speak your company's language

Brain's AI suggestions — the summaries and next steps Atomo proposes from incoming emails, candidate applications, alert rules, contract withdrawals and project plans — are now written in your company's language. Set it once under System → Settings (English or Italian); every new suggestion follows it, and the ones already open are translated in the background.

Action buttons and labels (Reply, Link to deal, Create task, Add note, Open candidate…) are now part of the interface and follow each person's own language, so an Italian and an English colleague see the same suggestion in their own words.

ImprovedBrain

CMS is now part of Nucleo Hub

CMS is now part of Hub — headless sites, pages built from blocks, structured collections, media and a per-site delivery API live under the CMS section of Nucleo Hub; the standalone CMS module is retired.

One agreement covers it all: Hub customers get the headless CMS without a separate module to activate. Your frontend reads published content through the read-only delivery API with a token per site, media is served from the CDN, and a revalidate webhook fires on every publish so the live site refreshes moments after you hit publish.

NewBrain

Connect your ERP: invoices flow into a new Finance section

The Hub now talks to your invoicing software. Connect Fatture in Cloud with a couple of clicks (OAuth, no passwords stored), pick the date your history should start from, and choose exactly what to sync: clients, suppliers, invoices, pro formas, credit notes. Nothing is assumed — you decide the scope, per company.

Once connected, a nightly sync (or the Sync now button) brings your registry and documents in. Clients and suppliers are matched to Hub companies by VAT number, and every document lands in the new Finance section: filter by type, search by number or counterparty, open any record for line items, payment status and an inline PDF preview. Odoo support is next.

NewBrain

Contracts that read themselves

Attach a PDF to a contract and the Hub reads it for you: signing date, start and end, tacit renewal, cancellation notice and terms, plus a short plain-language summary of what matters. Every field it fills is tracked, and anything you set by hand is never overwritten.

It also computes the total contract value from the document itself — setup fees, recurring fees multiplied by duration, usage-based lines with the quantities written in the contract — and shows the calculation, so you can verify it at a glance. When an explicit total doesn't exist, it produces a clearly-labelled minimum estimate from the contractual minimums. Scanned PDFs are read visually, handwritten signature dates included, and a Regenerate button re-runs the extraction on any single contract.

ImprovedBrain

A cleaner contract lifecycle — and a proper withdrawal flow

Contract statuses are now four and unambiguous: Pending awaiting signature, Signed and active, Rejected when the offer lapsed unsigned, Expired when it ran out or was terminated. The list opens on your active contracts, and a signed contract is immutable — no edits, no deletion, history stays history.

Ending a contract goes through a real withdrawal flow: attach the official notice (PEC, email or signed PDF — it's required), choose between withdrawal by contract terms or early termination with an optional penalty, and the contract closes itself on the right date. Signed contracts past their end date with no tacit renewal now expire automatically, and you can find any contract by searching its company name or number.

NewBrain

Make every list yours

Every major list in the Hub — companies, contacts, deals, quotes, contracts, projects, services — can now be shaped to how you work: show or hide columns, drag them into your order, resize them, and sort on the server so it holds across pages. Your layout is remembered per list, per person, and a reset puts everything back to default.

ImprovedBrain

Data quality, faster and where it belongs

The Data quality tools moved inside Configuration, next to the rest of the system pages, and the section now opens instantly: duplicate detection and completeness stats are cached and refreshed when your data actually changes, instead of being recomputed on every visit.

ImprovedBrain

The pipeline opens as a board

Deals now open on the kanban by default — the board is the pipeline. Columns you care less about collapse out of the way and stay collapsed, and search and filters work right on the board, so the deals that matter are the ones on screen.

NewBrain

Nucleo CMS: corporate websites, managed like the rest of your stack

The content management module is live. Nucleo CMS is multi-site by design: every corporate site in your group gets its own domains, languages, theme and content under one subscription. Pages are composed from typed, themeable blocks — with drafts, revisions and signed preview links — while structured collections (news, case studies, team, careers) turn field blueprints into per-language entries that pages embed automatically.

Hosting is part of the product: publishing is the whole deploy, with sites served on Nucleo's rendering layer — custom domain, SSL and CDN media included. Multilingual works from day one with per-locale content, SEO and automatic hreflang, and a read-only content API with per-site tokens powers any custom frontend you bring.

NewBrain

Deal materials and Drive folders

Deals get a Materials card with tagged, versioned documents. A new System → Drive folders section maps company folders once, so every attach flow starts in the right place.

NewBrain

Partner attribution and commissions

Attribute partners to deals and projects with percentage quotas, and let the commission engine compute what each commercial or development partner has earned — with a dedicated report.

ImprovedBrain

Safer company merges

Merging two companies now leaves a permanent redirect behind: old links, bookmarks and integrations pointing at the merged record resolve to the surviving one instead of a 404.

NewBrain

Lead archive and lead source

Leads and Contacts are now clearly separated, disqualified leads land in a searchable Archive, and every lead carries a Source (with automatic mapping for imported records).

NewBrain

GDPR consent history on contacts

Every contact now carries a full, append-only consent history: marketing/newsletter and profiling consents are recorded as immutable events with timestamp and source, with the current status always visible on the contact card.

This gives compliance teams verifiable proof of consent (GDPR art. 7) without changing how sales people work.

NewBrain

Automated sales funnel stages

Companies now move automatically through the funnel — Lead, Prospect, Client, Inactive client — driven by what actually happens in the CRM: first deal opened, first deal won, activity going quiet.

A nightly job keeps stages honest, so pipeline reports reflect reality instead of manual tagging.

NewBrain

Companies auto-created from email domains

Recurring orphan email domains now turn into companies automatically, and company domains stay in sync — contacts stop floating without an account.

NewBrain

Continuous HubSpot sync and background jobs

After the one-shot migration, a daily incremental sync now imports new HubSpot records without ever touching data already cleaned in Nucleo. A new System → Cron jobs page shows every scheduled job with last run, status and run-now.

Contacts with a company email also auto-link to the right company by domain.

NewBrain

AI duplicate detection and data completeness

Company duplicates are now surfaced by AI embeddings — catching the matches exact rules miss — and a completeness check highlights missing fields with AI-assisted filling.

NewBrain

Industry taxonomy with AI normalization

A curated industry taxonomy replaces free-text sectors. Atomo normalizes existing values against it: high-confidence matches apply automatically, the rest land in a review queue with one-click accept and full rollback.

NewBrain

Atomo copilot and AI company enrichment

Atomo arrives in the Hub: a context-aware AI sidebar that reads and acts on the record you're looking at. Companies can be enriched automatically with web search and registry lookups — sector, size, description filled in seconds.

NewBrain

Contract e-signature and quote workflow

Contracts are now signed online via Documenso. Quotes get an approval workflow with PDF download and a public acceptance link for the client — and a signature automatically generates the subscription.

NewBrain

Enterprise quote builder

A full quote builder with CAPEX/OPEX service lines, multi-contact deals and dynamic close-probability scoring.

NewBrain

Roles, permissions and Contracts

Role-based access control with UI role management, and a new Contracts module — a signed contract moves its deal to Won automatically.

ImprovedBrain

HubSpot import: quotes and marketing emails

The migration importer now brings over quotes with their line items and marketing emails with engagement metrics, and contacts can belong to multiple companies.

NewBrain

Company merge and data quality tools

A merge wizard unifies duplicate companies transferring every linked record, companies support multiple domains and inter-company relationships (groups, brands, partners), and a dedicated Data quality page tracks what's left to clean.

ImprovedBrain

VAT validation via VIES

One click validates a company's VAT number against the EU VIES registry and fills the registered details. Plus: a file archive on records and an in-app user guide.

NewBrain

Deal kanban and automatic projects

Drag deals across pipeline stages on a kanban board. Winning a deal creates its project automatically, and the services catalog aggregates revenue by service.

NewBrain

One-shot HubSpot migration

A complete importer brings companies, contacts, deals, quote lines, notes, emails, meetings, tasks and files from HubSpot into Nucleo — the clean break that starts the CRM with your history intact.

NewBrain

Nucleo Hub: CRM core goes live

The first Nucleo Hub release: contacts and companies, a deal pipeline with kanban view, and Google SSO login. The operational CRM the rest of the module family builds on.
