Contracts that read themselves

Attach a PDF to a contract and the Hub reads it for you: signing date, start and end, tacit renewal, cancellation notice and terms, plus a short plain-language summary of what matters. Every field it fills is tracked, and anything you set by hand is never overwritten.

It also computes the total contract value from the document itself — setup fees, recurring fees multiplied by duration, usage-based lines with the quantities written in the contract — and shows the calculation, so you can verify it at a glance. When an explicit total doesn't exist, it produces a clearly-labelled minimum estimate from the contractual minimums. Scanned PDFs are read visually, handwritten signature dates included, and a Regenerate button re-runs the extraction on any single contract.
