A home page for Commerce, and a cleaner Customer care

Commerce now opens on a home page built like Catalog's: what needs your attention comes first — starting with the tickets waiting on you — each with a direct link to act on it. The menu is reorganized too, with Stores bringing together all your stores and their stock.

Customer care follows the same layout as the rest of Nucleo: lists with the familiar search and filter bar, page actions in the header, loading skeletons instead of spinners and a tidier ticket and request detail. Customer care Analytics is back in working order, with a period picker and charts.
